SALES POLICY
This site contains patterns of items available at Stark Lumber. It is our stated policy to sell these items at wholesale prices to recognized retail lumber dealers, home centers, cabinet shops, and door manufacturers.

PRICING
Although prices are not represented on this web site, prices are subject to change without notice. Prices on stocked items can be quoted over the telephone, fax, or via email. All prices NET per lineal foot.

CUSTOM MILLWORK
Prices will be quoted on random length basis unless otherwise stated. Quoted prices are good for 30 days from date of quote.

CREDIT TERMS
Terms on stocked items are 2% 10th Net EOM. All custom millwork jobs are Net EOM. No discount is allowed. All customers without an account are COD.

RETURNS
Stocked items may be returned only after approval from a Stark Lumber Representative. Returns must be clean, undamaged and accompany the original invoice number and date. All returns must be within 30 days of invoice purchase date. All returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. NO CUSTOM MILLWORK ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE (custom millwork items are defined as any product not stocked as an inventory item).

RANDOM AND SPECIFIED LENGTHS
Random length orders that have no pieces specified by length. Specified length orders are defined as orders that require certain pieces be specified by length. Specified length orders are subject to a 10-20% upcharge. All hardwood products are shipped on a hardwood tally basis. Stark Lumber will attempt to break down random length orders as follows:

• 15%     3'-6'
• 65%     7'-12'
• 20%     over 12'
