ORDERING SAMPLES
We are happy to send you a sample of our product, but there is a limit of three samples per request. Please use our send inquiry form to place an order for samples. On the form, include the profile name or number. All samples will be in poplar. Samples will be mailed out within two working days via UPS.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

RETURNS
Stocked items may be returned only after approval from a Stark Lumber Representative. Returns must be clean, undamaged and accompany the original invoice number and date. All returns must be within 30 days of invoice purchase date. All returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. NO CUSTOM MILLWORK ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE (custom millwork items are defined as any product not stocked as an inventory item).
